Tip for the day
This week we focus on body awareness. Becoming more aware of tension arising in the body, is an early warning system for your emotions and reactions. Emotional intelligence starts with body awareness.
So today, take a few short breaks to bring your attention to the physical feelings in the body. Scan through one area at a time, such as the head a neck, really looking out for a contracted or tight feeling. When you feel this, use the out-breath to let it go, expand and relax.
