We run regular webinars looking at ways to address workplace stress, designed for team leaders, HR and training managers, or those with a wellbeing remit.
We invite expert guest speakers to be quizzed on the webinar topic, and participants are then free to ask questions using the chat box function, for the guest or host to respond to in live time.
Our Workplace Stress Summit, last held in June 2017, attracted over 1000 people, but the regular webinars are limited to 100 participants to enable participation.
Retreats are an opportunity to deepen one’s practice, and essential if one really wants to progress beyond the initial training. You’ll have to have done a 6-8 week course or have equivalent experience to attend.
On retreat, there is the time, quiet, and safe space in which to practice for longer and explore more deeply, in a very peaceful, supported setting, with expert guidance from Simon. Retreats are held at the beautiful Maitreya House in Herefordshire.
