Mindfulness workshops

We offer a range of workshops for the workplace (venue to suit you)

  • taster sessions to make sure its the right approach for you
  • half-day or full-day workshops 
  • longer programmes to fully develop the skills fully
  • day or weekend workshops,  or longer retreats 

Our courses are based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction model, but adapted for the workplace environment and today’s busy schedules.

Typical content, whatever the delivery format, includes the following:

  • clarifying what it’s about, how the brain works, and evidence that it works
  • developing calm and awareness in the present moment, through breathing and walking meditations
  • learning to tune into the body as a way to directly experience feelings and emotions
  • recognising our habits and patterns of reaction to stress and difficulties
  • seeing that our thoughts have no real substance, and finding ways to let go of them
  • learning to be compassionate to ourselves and others
  • putting it into practice in the workplace
