Week 2 - Mindfulness in the body

Movement and body awareness is at the heart of mindfulness practice. The core exercise to develop this awareness is the body scan.

It's also a good idea to start any meditation session with some stretching or yoga, so there are some stretching exercises and a simple yoga practice included.

When you have developed some body awareness, you then take this into movement, which begins with mindful walking.
