First is that every morning you're invited to join me  in a livestream  30 minute meditation session at 7.30am on the Facebook group. All levels invited. I'll also share other tools and tips here.

Then there's my You Tube channel with lost of useful guidance on mindfulness and meditation for real life, and new videos every week (see anxiety video below).
