Review your practice

When you've been practising for while, you may need to review what works best for you, and also recognise that this whole game is about creating new habits of response, that will get hardwired in the brain.  It's also common to meet one or more of the 'five hindrances' in meditation, so its good to know what these are, and be patient when you feel stuck.
